Dear Parent/Carer,

We are currently working with a team of Educational Psychologists from Bright Futures Educational Trust and the University of Manchester to develop student mental health services at South Shore Academy.

As part of this, all students are being invited to complete a survey around their mental health and how connected they feel in school.

If your child is aged under 13 or has a special educational need or disability, please click on the ‘parent/carer’ information sheet below.

If your child is aged 13 or above, please ask them to read the ‘young person’ information sheet below.
