Message from the Acting Principal – Christmas Arrangements
Back to article list

12th December 2017

Dear Parent/Carer

I am writing to let you know of the arrangements for the activities leading up to the Christmas holidays.

We start the celebrations with our Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 15th December. For a donation of £1 for charity, students may wear their most sparkly and fun Christmas sweater, or if they prefer they can wear their own clothes, as long as they are appropriate for school.

On the last day of term, Thursday 21st December, students may come into school in their own clothes in exchange for either a tinned donation or a packet of dry goods that are suitable for the homeless (not fresh goods please as distribution may take a few days), or a small cash donation if preferred.

We close for the Christmas holidays on Thursday 21st December at 12.15 p.m. Students will be able to have lunch in the canteen before they leave if they wish.

Finally, after an exciting and busy first term in our lovely new school, we would like to wish all our students, parents, carers and families a very Happy Christmas.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back when school re-opens to students on Monday 8th January 2018 at 8.30 a.m.

Yours sincerely

N Reynolds

Acting Principal
