SPORTS DAY – TUESDAY 18th JULY 2017

We are holding our Sports Day at Stanley Park on Tuesday 18th July.  The arrangements for the day are as follows:

Competitors:

Go straight to Stanley Park for 9 a.m. in tracksuits with PE kit underneath, and trainers. Staff will meet students there.

Non- competitors:

Go straight to Stanley Park for 10 a.m. Uniform is not required, and students will be supervised by staff at all times.

Sports Day will last from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and pupils will not be allowed off site during these times.

Refreshments/Lunches

Students may bring a packed lunch, and should bring a drink. If they are entitled to a free school meal, a packed lunch will be provided for them.

Clothing/Sun Cream

Please make sure your child has sun cream if the weather is hot, or a waterproof jacket should the weather be wet.

At the end of Sports Day at 1.30 p.m all students will be dismissed from Stanley Park to make their own way home, or parents may collect them from there. Parents are invited to attend the event as spectators if they wish to do so.

If you have any queries regarding the arrangements, please contact me at school.

Yours sincerely
